Grow Franchise Business is a listing and information platform. We are not a party to any franchise, dealership or resale transaction, we do not act as a broker or agent for any brand, and we earn nothing from deals concluded between users.
These terms govern every visitor, registered investor and listed franchisor using our platform. Creating an account or sending an enquiry means you accept them.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts in India. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
We host brand listings created by franchisors, help investors filter them, and pass enquiries to the one brand the investor selected.
Keep your login credentials secure and your profile information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not scrape listings, resell platform data, impersonate a brand, or send enquiries in bad faith. We suspend accounts that misuse contact details obtained through the platform.
Franchisors create and maintain their own listing content and warrant it is accurate and that they hold the rights to franchise the brand. Before a listing goes live we check ownership evidence — a domain-matched work email, or a document naming the same entity as the brand's website. We do not audit financial performance.
We may edit, unpublish or suspend any listing where claims cannot be substantiated or a pattern of complaints emerges.
The platform is free to use. Investors pay nothing, listing a brand costs nothing, and we take no payments of any kind through this site.
Never pay a booking amount, security deposit or franchise fee to any brand through us. All money moves directly between you and the brand under your own written agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business losses arising from decisions made using platform information.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, after a good-faith attempt at resolution through our grievance officer.
Write to our grievance officer, Arjun Iyer, and we respond within 15 days as required under Indian IT rules.
